Once you get on our distribution list you will start to receive all the deals we have as they become available. Whatever the buy price is, you simply add whatever your commission is on top of that price and it is paid out the same way it would be on any normal transaction when the home closes. All deals are closed at local title companies.

How much does this cost to use your service?

Our service doesn't cost you a dime! It's totally free to use us. Our wholesale fee is how we get paid and that is paid by for by the buyer. If you're an agent and expect a commission we'll factor that into our price when we sell the property. If you're an investor we typically will split our wholesale fee with you.

How fast can you sell the property?

Typically after we get all the details from you about the property we can get it in front of o ur buyers within 24-48 hours and most of our buyers can close with 10-14 days.

Is there a live in-person showing?

Showings are absolutely recommended if you are serious about selling the property. Buyers have to get their eyes on it and see what repairs need to be done. Pictures can only do so much. We make the showing period as easy as possible by only needing the property for a 2 - 2.5 hour period. In that period we do 3-4 private showings and then a larger group showing for the overflow. Buyers must be signed up for the showing so we have a record of them and they will be turned away if they are not signed up.
